Well, many of you have heard about our ER visit last night. LizBeth had a "blue spell" last night around 5:30. We are pretty sure it's due to acid reflux. We have no proof of that yet, but she has other symptoms that support that theory. During her ER stay, LizBeth napped peacefully. She was a little put out when the doctor listened to her lungs and belly, but other than that, she made us look like we were making things up! Today was a great day. We have her back on her pulse ox (O2 % monitor) and she hasn't dropped out of the 90s. Occasionally after a feeding, she will drop to the low 90s, but never any further. We have her on two kinds of meds, Reglan and Zantac. Her feeds have been decreased to two ounces at a time. She can take the two ounces and wait 15 minutes, then we give her two more ounces. We repeat this pattern until she's finished. She doesn't really appreciate this method! We are going to meet with her pediatrician on Monday, and then decide the next course of action. I'm thinking a trip to the City is in our future!

Other than the excitement last night, our house has been pretty normal. My brother and sister arrived home safely. Katelyn and Sarah are ready for school to be out. We have started counting down the days until summer break. (I think it's like 83 days left!) Stacy and I are planning a surprise party for LizBeth after church next Sunday. (Please don't tell Liz. She has no idea.) She will be one year old! Isn't that amazing! God is so good.
